As a teacher during the pandemic, relying on technology to teach inspired me to pursue a degree in learning technologies from UNT. Through the program, I completed numerous professional projects and gained invaluable knowledge and skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of online learning. I leveraged my experience in the program towards the position I now hold as a learning technologist, ensuring that technology on our campus supports students’ and teachers’ success by building and delivering training for teachers. I hope to use my knowledge and skills to build engaging, motivating, and effective online learning experiences for adult learners in an organization that I believe in.
